Beth grew up in Ontario, Canada and developed a love for learning at a young age. She completed her BA in psychology from the University of British Columbia. While completing her studies, she also worked as a youth worker for young people in the community. She helped them improve their problem solving, critical thinking and life skills. It is here that she developed a passion for working with kids. She went on to teach English to elementary school students while living overseas.
Beth enjoys working with students very much. In the four years that she has been teaching, she has found that people learn differently and at different paces, which is why she is passionate about helping and motivating struggling learners. Beth is committed to finding innovative ways to help each student succeed while showing them that learning can be fun! |
