I love to learn new things and believe we are lifelong learners. My goal is to instill a love of learning in all of my students. After eleven years as a Program Director in a local non-profit, I returned to school to earn my Master of Arts in Teaching in 2017 at Lee University to pursue my dream of teaching. I have been teaching for two years. I have taught 5th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies and 2nd grade. Reading is my passion and believe reading can take you anywhere in life. My favorite parts of teaching are building relationships with my students and watching them get excited about learning new things. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.
